To create an account on our website:
1. Click “Log In / Sign Up” on the main page.
2. Enter your email address or phone number.
3. Fill in your first and last name and click “Sign Up”.
To create an account via the mobile app:
1. Click on “My Account” after downloading our app.
2. Enter your phone number or email address and click “Continue”.
3. Fill in your first and last name and click "Sign Up”.
Your login password will be sent to you via e-mail / SMS. You can change your password at any time from the "Change Password" page on the "My Account" menu.
You can easily change your password at any time by following the below steps:
To change your password on the website:
- After you click on your username, click to the "Change Password" button from the menu bar.
- Enter your current/temporary password and your new password, then click on the "Change My Password" button.
To change your password via the app:
- Click on the "Change Password" button from My Account menu.
- Enter your current/temporary password and your new password, then click on the 'Update' button.
When you forget your password, you can easily request a new password by following the below steps:
- Click the 'I Forgot My Password' button on the 'Member Login' page.
- The newly created password will be sent to you as an SMS.
- After logging in with the new password, you can change your password as you wish.
An account that has been deactivated can not be re-opened. To place an order with a membership, you can easily create a new account via our desktop web, mobile web or app.
