How long does a delivery take?

Delivery periods of your orders may vary depending on the shipping company, country and address. You can view the estimated delivery time from "My Orders" tab and track your order through the related link. You can access your shipping tracking number on "My Orders" tab after your order is sent out for delivery.

* Delays due to customs policies, strikes or unforeseen circumstances should be excluded from the estimated period. In these cases, customs officials will inform you on how to receive your order.

How long does it take sending my order to the shipping company?
  • Your orders are handed over to the relevant shipping companies within 24 hours.
  • Items with a hanger icon on their image are pending for suppliement.
  • In case there is/are item/s pending for supply in your order, the shipping period may vary.
  • You can view the estimated suppliement period from "My Orders" menu.

What are the shipping fees?

It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page.

* Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Modanisa's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

How can I track my order ?

How to check the status of your order:

  1. After you logged in, click on your user name from the top right of the main page (My Account tab) first. Then click on "My Orders" from the menu.
  2. Now, you're on the "My Orders" page. Click on the "View" button on the row of the related order to check out its status.
  3. You can see the status of your order in the order details on the related page. Click on the "Order Tracking" button in the order details to learn the cargo status details of your cargo orders.

In addition, you can get in touch with the shipping company with your "Shipment Code" included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order is delivered to the cargo company, or you can follow the status of your cargo on the website.

We ship to more than 140 countries. Below is a list of all the countries we ship to. If the country you are in is not included in this list, you can get detailed information by contacting our Customer Services via our WhatsApp support line.

What should I pay attention to when I receive my order?

Ensuring that your order reaches you safely is one of our utmost responsibilities:

  • Before accepting the package from the delivery company, we recommend you to check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked.
  • If your package is damaged and the product/products inside are missing, take a damage report from the shipping company within 7 days and notify the company authorities about the situation.

They tried to deliver my order but I wasn`t home, what should I do?

If you were not available at the shipping address upon delivery it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. Kindly contact the shipping company with your Airwaybill Number and Order Number and reschedule your delivery or ask them to pick up at the nearest branch. *

*You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days (differs based on the cargo company). Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, Modanisa.com.

Can I receive my order from the branch?

You can contact the freight company and ask to receive your package at a suitable branch providing your tracking code.

10.
I have multiple orders on different approximate dates, will they be delivered together?

Each order is considered as a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes. You can contact us via WhatsApp or call support line for delivery address changes.
