International Delivery Update

Can I place an order, will Modanisa deliver my package?

Yes, Modanisa operations are currently continuing. You may seee the updated list of countries we deliver to by going to  “shipping and delivery” page then “do you ship to my country?” question. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual. You can find udpated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and for your order in the checkout.

Waiting for a delivery? Double check your expected delivery date under Account>Orders before getting in touch. Please bare in mind this date is an estimate and some deliveries may take longer. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What is the status of my order? Can I change the address of my order?

You can track your order and deliveries from Account>Orders on Modanisa.com or Modanisa mobile app.

You can change your delivery address until the order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details.

 

Returns Timeframe Update

Can I still make returns?

Yes, we are still processing returns. Also, we have extended our returns to 30 days, so you can carry on enjoying Modanisa!

What is Modanisa doing in order to keep employees safe?

How can I track my order?

To track the status of your order:

  1. After logging in, click on your username (My Account tab) in the upper right corner of the homepage, then click on the "My Orders" button in the menu that opens.
  2. Once the new page loads, click on the "View" button next to the order you want to query the status of.
  3. You can see the status of your order in the details on the page that opens. To check the status of your orders that have been dispatched, click on the "Cargo Tracking" button in the order details.

Additionally, you can contact the relevant shipping company with your "Tracking Code" included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order gets dispatched, or you can follow the status of your package by visiting the website.

What is your Return Policy and Procedure?

The satisfaction and expectations of our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order; You can return it within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, hygienic products (such as surgical masks), swimwear and bikinis are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. However, if these products have; 

  • Not been unboxed and protective tapes/wraps have not been removed, 
  • Not been tried on, 
  • Not been used and 
  • Its hygienic structure is still intact

you can return it within 60 days from the date of delivery. You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such situation will not be accepted.

You can return your package in two ways: “Express Return” or “International Return”. With “Express Return”, your return process is completed within 5-7 days and a fixed service fee of $9.90 is deducted from your refund amount. Therefore, you do not need to pay anything when you leave your package at the drop-off point.

With “International Returns”, the return process may take up to 2 months. No service fee will be deducted from your refund amount, but you need to send your package with a shipping company of your choice to the address below and will need to pay the necessary shipment fee to the shipping company. Modanisa starts the return process immediately after receiving your returned package.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.

Where can I see the refund amount?

After you have created a return request via the Easy Return Center and have selected the items, you will receive the refund amount. You can also find the total cost of the items on the invoice.

Please note that the cash on delivery fee will not be refunded if cash on delivery was the method of payment chosen for that specific order. If you do not return all items in your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

How can I use coupon codes?

Add the items you want to buy to your basket. Click the "Discount Code" button under your order summary and select the coupon you want to use from the options, or click the "Apply" button after typing your code.

If you want to apply a coupon code for your app purchases, go to the "My Basket" tab. Click on the "Discount Coupon Options" button at the top of the page.

NOTE:
You can only use 1 discount coupon or code per order.
Coupon codes are not valid for the following brands:

  • LC Waikiki
  • SUWEN

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled by calling our Customer Care Center and providing them with your order number and contact details.

What are the shipping fees?

It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page.

* Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Modanisa's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

How long does it take sending my order to the shipping company?
  • Your orders are handed over to the relevant shipping companies within 24 hours.
  • Items with a hanger icon on their image are pending for suppliement.
  • In case there is/are item/s pending for supply in your order, the shipping period may vary.
  • You can view the estimated suppliement period from "My Orders" menu.

What are your payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card

We do not accept payment via bank transfer.

Can I get information about the place of manufacture and the hygiene conditions of your products?

All of our products are manufactured in Turkey and shipped from our main warehouse located in Istanbul, Turkey. There are no reports indicating that textile and ready-wear products may contain COVID-19 virus. Plus, we are sterilizing our warehouse on a daily basis with the silver ion disinfection method. We've taken all the necessary precautions to deliver your orders in accordance with hygiene rules. You can shop from Modanisa.com with peace of mind.
